Quintin Publications: Royalty Page

Royalties are paid in U.S. funds on a quarterly basis no later than 10 business days following the last business day of March, June, September and December. All figures are based upon the actual selling price of the book or CD. Quintin Publications does sell to other genealogical vendors who are usually granted a standard book dealer's discount. This usually affects only those who have had their books published by Quintin Publications.  A full accounting of sales is provided with each payment. If a discrepancy arises concerning payments a mutually agreed upon auditor shall be retained to verify sales figures. If amounts fall within 10% of accuracy the person or organization requesting the audit shall be held responsible for all auditing fees. If amounts in dispute are greater than 10% Quintin Publications shall bear the cost of said audit. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
