Ordering Methods	Mail : When you go to check out, you will have several options for payment. These include paying by credit card, check or money order via postal mail. Select the option that you prefer, fill out the form, print it out and send it to: Quintin Publications \| PO Box 65546 \| Orange Park, Florida 32065-7605 Fax : Print out the order form (see above) and fax it to 904-375-1115. Phone : Call us at 1-904-375-1113 to place your credit card order. Online : Browse through our catalog and select the items you want by clicking on the button "add to your shopping cart." When your are done shopping, select "Check Out Now." Your first two payment options are Credit Card Order Online and Gift Credit Card Order Online. These transactions are handled on our secure server. You can tell it's secure, because the URL begins with https:// , and your browser should display a closed lock (Explorer) or key (Netscape). If your browser does not support secure transactions, other options are available. All orders are confirmed via e-mail.
Payment Methods	All prices are in U.S. funds and subject to change without notice. Florida residents must add 7% sales tax. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, and online personal check as well as checks and money orders. You may place your order online or call 904-375-1113. Purchase orders honored for libraries and other institutions. Please use our catalog numbers when ordering. Canadian & foreign residents : Payment must be made in U.S. funds or with a credit card. Postal money orders and checks must indicate U.S. funds or be drawn on a U.S. bank. Overdue Accounts: All overdue accounts are subject to a 1½% per month finance charge. Under most circumstances we will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. However, there are exceptions to every rule. Upon receipt of orders for library bound/leather bound books we will immediately charge your account. Also, very large orders will also solicit an immediate charge.
Shipping Methods	We normally ship all books, maps by Media Mail and CDs via First Class. Other forms of shipment are available. UPS and FedEx are only available to street addresses and not Post Office Boxes. Foreign orders: see below.
Shipping Costs	US residents: Actual cost with a $5.00 minimum. Foreign orders: Actual cost with a minimum of $5.00. We normally send by Air. In the case of heavy packages we will send by surface mail unless specifically told to do otherwise. Air usually takes 5 to 7 days and surface can take up to 6 weeks. Rolled Map Shipping : Priority Mail (1-20) $5.00, (21-50) $10.00, (51+) Actual cost + $3.50 handling fee.
Handling Charge	Please note that in addition to shipping charges all orders are assessed a handling charge of $1.75 per order.
