Q: Are all the products offered in English?
A: No. Some of our titles are in French. Golden Rule if the title is in French then so is the book.

Q: Vous n'avez pas de pages sur votre site en français?
A: Non, mais si vous allez au traducteur Alta Vista et donnez l'adresse Internet, vous aurez une traduction de la page désirée.

Q: How do you ship the orders?
A: We use UPS and USPS to ship our orders out. Of course we give the customer the option to choose what way they want their order shipped. *NOTE: On all International Airmail orders shipping is calculated at the time of shipping. Your card will not be charged until we know the cost of shipping.*

Q: Do you offer to do research?
A: No. If you need research done for you please go to Timeless Genealogy , they are very knowledgeable.

Q: I ordered a hardcover book and I got two (2) hardcover books, why is that?
A: Sometimes it is necessary to divide a book into two parts. There are certain limitations that come with hardcover books. For this reason we will spilt the book into two (2) parts; of course we make sure that the split occurs at a safe page as to not disgrace the flow of the book.

Q: Does Quintin Publications ever go to conferences?
A: Yes. When time allows us we LOVE to go to conferences. It is a time for us to meet and talk with new and existing customers/vendors.

Q: Do you sell to other dealers and/or vendors?

Q: Can you print my genealogical book?
A: Yes and No. Quintin Publications Book Submission Review Committee reviews your manuscript to see if meets certain criteria. We would like to accept all manuscripts, but unfortunately that is not always the case.

Q: I have this old genealogy book, what can you do with it?
