Making a Purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our catalog and click on any items you wish to buy and add them to your basket. After you’ve finished your selection, click on “basket” and you’ll be able to review your items for accuracy and proceed to checkout. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, cashier’s check or money orders.

Under most circumstances we will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. However, there are exceptions to every rule. Upon receipt of orders for library bound/leather bound books we will immediately charge your account. Also, very large orders will also solicit an immediate charge.

If you don’t feel comfortable submitting your credit card information over the internet you may also place your order by phone, fax or snail mail. To protect you, we will not ship to a non-billing address unless you authorize us to do so.

Credit Card Security

All credit cards numbers sent over the internet are encrypted via our online credit card authorization company, Authorize.Net. Authorize.Net is one of the worlds Largest Corporation in America. Your credit card number is as secure as the US Government will legally allow.

Privacy

Quintin Publications will not disclose buyers’ name or mailing list information to any third parties. Cookies may be used on this shopping site to track the contents of your basket once you have selected an item.

Shipping/Delivery

The majority of items are always in-stock with the exception of hard cover books and rare and hard to find books.

Shipment of in-stock items will in most cases be made within 3 days after the order has been received, unless the product is denoted to require additional shipping time.

All overseas shipments will be shipped the best way at our discretion.

Any shipment errors will be corrected by us using ground shipping. If an error has occurred and said customer would like product faster than ground, an additional charge will be assessed.

Returns

There are no returns and no refunds.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in US Dollars ONLY.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, discover, cashier’s check or money orders.

Cashier’s check and money order accept via snail mail only.

Under no circumstances is Quintin Publications responsible for any overdraft charges or fees that your credit card or banking institution may impose upon your account.

Back Order

In the rare case your order is back ordered we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel order or wait for product to come back in-stock.

Backordered items are normally shipped the same day we receive the items.

Special Orders

Once a special order for a hard cover book is in process, the order may not be canceled.

Pricing/Specifications

We do our best to hold and maintain our posted prices; however, published or web based prices are subject to change without notice.

Quantity or “group purchase” prices apply to the quantity purchased of each specific item unless otherwise specified in writing by Quintin Publications.
