Roland Auger, now deceased, was an eminent genealogist and archivist for the Province of Québec. As the archivist, he was besieged with information requests, especially from English-speaking Americans. In 1968, he decided to found this publication with these people in mind. It was completely in English, answered requests for genealogical information, and contained historical information about New France - again, in English. This was a very popular series and has been reprinted by Quintin Publications. All issues are 7" x 10" and are soft-bound. | |||
